Busco codec C-Media CMI9739A/9761 @ VIA AC'97

vos sabes que este codec ya lo intente instalar no me lo termina de instalar, me lo corta, yo pienso que es por la memoria que tiene que ser se 515 RAM y la maquina tiene 256 RAM

No creo que sea eso
Cierra todas las aplicaciones como Office, MSN, Hotmail e intenta de nuevo instalar

cerre todos los programas y me sigue haciendo lo mismo, comienza a instalarlo y cuando llega al 94% de instalacion queda como tildada, en el administrador de dispositivo me lo muetra como instalado pero abajo coloca la nota diciendo que no anda por que tiene probleas y pone error (codogo1)... lo unico que queda trabajando en el momento de la instalacion es el administrador de tareas de windows, nose si puede ser eso!?
