Hola, según el programa Everest necesito actualizar las bios pero la verdad no se como hacerlo, no se si tiene algo que ver pero desde hace unos días no tengo sonido en el PC. Agradeceria mucho la ayuda que me faciliteis, por cierto soy nueva en el foro y novata en informatica.

Para tener sonido necesitas drivers y controladores de multimedia , no actualizar el bios y tenes que poner datos de tu pc para descargar los que necesitas

Puedes copiarlo aquí el informe del Everest, además la Comunidad Kioskea lo leerá y te ayudará para resolver
el problema que tienes.

Leí tu comentario, antes de instalar la BIOS primero probaremos en buscar el driver de sonido, para que vuelvas a tener
audio.
